Our Participant of the Month is Michael!
He was nominated by his job coach for being an outstanding and dedicated employee. Here’s what she had to say:
“He has so much compassion for the residents. He takes the time to talk to all the residents, knows them by name and does a great job keeping everything clean. The staff all appreciate and think very highly of him. I spoke to the activities director about how Michael loves to play guitar and if he could play for the residents. She loved the idea and today he performed. The residents loved it and Michael was so happy to play for them. They are going to make it a reoccurring monthly thing.”
