Q: What led you to reach out to OOD for services?
A: Opportunity for personal growth and development.
Q: Why is it important to you to have a job?
A: It’s an opportunity to better myself and help my family.
Q: How is getting/having a job going to change your life?
A: It will keep me happy, and help with family finances, and I like having Chipotle for dinner.
Q: What challenges or problems did you have to face to get your job?
A: I am staying focused and staying on task.
Q: How did Greenleaf help you with these challenges?
A: They helped remove and navigate barriers to employment.
Q: What advice would you give to others who are nervous about looking for a job and working?
A: Don’t rush into things you don’t know and use your support group, and don’t be hard on yourself.
