What do your services cost?
Our services are free to you and the people we serve. We receive our funding through agreements with the State of Ohio, private entities, and philanthropy.
Are you a staffing agency?
No, we are not a staffing agency or placement firm. We do not charge a fee to the potential employees or businesses we work with. While we do match qualified individuals with disabilities and other obstacles to employment opportunities, we thoroughly vet our participants and work with them to be the leaders in their own job searches. Ultimately we want them to develop the skills and knowledge to be able to successfully land a job on their own.

What is Job Coaching? What can I expect from a Job Coach?
Job Coaching is a service designed to provide support to our participants and business partners when a new employee is starting a job or an existing employee needs some additional support. It is a time-limited approach designed to supplement the training you already provide to all of your staff that allows a person with a disability or other obstacle to employment perform a job without a lot of additional time and effort on your part.
Job Coaching can look different for everyone, as it is individualized to meet the needs presented in each unique situation. Sometimes that is support on the job site, sometimes it is off-site, often it is some combination of the two. You can expect that a Job Coach will work with you and the participant to make sure everyone’s needs and expectations are being met. They will seek feedback on your employee’s performance and what can be done to further support them and you.
They can also advise you on things like accommodations, providing natural supports in the workplace, and addressing any issues that may arise. See here for more information or contact us to speak with one of our staff members about what Job Coaching might look like for your business.
