When Jennifer Kuntz founded Greenleaf, her vision was not only to help job seekers with disabilities obtain employment, but also support them in keeping it.
Thirty years and thousands of success stories later, disability employment continues to grow with every Greenleaf participant, business partner, and supporter.
While support and funding for disability services has grown exponentially in recent years, there are still many gaps that we are committed to closing.
Please join our continued mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to learn, grow, and thrive in the workplace.

Your donations directly contribute to servicing the 38% annual increase in Greenleaf program participant referrals, supporting more individuals every year.

Why Your Support Matters
In the first half of 2024, Greenleaf experienced a 38% increase in program referrals over the same period in 2023.
In 2023, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that people with disabilities made up about 13% of the US population while their unemployment rate was more than double that of non-disabled individuals.
Workforce participation among people with disabilities has reached an all-time high, with many eager to work but requiring additional support.
1 in 4 adults between the ages of 20-60 will become disabled at some point and possibly unable to perform in their current job.
Monthly Giving
With your ongoing support, Greenleaf can plan job seeker resources and program funding into the future.

One Time Gift
Every donation – no matter its size – supports a job seeker with disabilities in their journey to successful employment.

Cornelius, a mentor at the YMCA, has been working with our Program Lead, Loren, through the new Empowering Employment program. Together, they explored assistive technology to help Cornelius overcome communication barriers at work. This support will enable him to share his ideas clearly and confidently, amplifying his impact in the community.
Our Why
We believe everyone has value no matter where they’ve been, where they want to go, or what challenges they face.
“I was put in an environment where I was able to adapt without the fear of being pressured. Greenleaf has helped me become less anxious and more ready to start my independence in the next job.”
