Q:What led you to reach out to OOD for services?
A: I wanted an opportunity to have my first job instead of independently going out into the field with zero experience or room to make any mistakes
Q:Why is it important to you to have a job?
A:So I can contribute to my family in other was and not just via nuisance, lol.
Q: How is getting/having a job going to change your life?
A: It’s going to make things easier since ill have money. I’ll also understand the importance of money at a young age and have that knowledge to help me once I’m done with high school.
Q:What challenges or problems did you have to face to get your job?
A: I was very nervous on the first day SYWE not knowing what to expect.
Q:How did Greenleaf help you with these challenges?
A: Job coach helped by making it a more comfortable atmosphere the first day. Using jokes and providing information helped me get over my nervousness.
Q: What advice would you give to others who are nervous about looking for a job and working?
A: Don’t be nervous. Just be excited you are there, and that’s the most important thing. You signed up to be there so might as well make the most of it with the best attitude.
