2024 was an extraordinary year for Greenleaf Job Training Services. We made great strides in creating meaningful employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive workforce. 

Key Achievements: 

  • A 90% increase in charitable support, leading to more job placements and measurable outcomes. 
  • The launch of Empowering Employment, serving nearly 150 individuals. 
  • Expanded funding and business partnerships.

Dear Friends and Supporters, 
2024 was a record-breaking year for fundraising: 

  • Over $94,000 in total charitable revenue. 
  • Our annual fundraising event exceeded expectations, raising over $23,000
  • Key partnerships with JPMorgan Chase, Franklin County DD, Victoria’s Secret, and Petals That Inspire supported our mission. 

Together, we are fostering independence, dignity, and a more inclusive community. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

Empowering Employment 

Key Highlights: 

  • Over 100 referrals in its first year. 
  • Weekly group sessions focused on job exploration, financial literacy, and independent living. 
  • Virtual support groups for parents and disability inclusion consultation for businesses.

Strategic Accomplishments 

  • Launched Empowering Employment, a gap-filling program.

  • Secured over $90,000 in charitable funding, a 90% increase.

  • Expanded our transportation voucher program, providing 227 rides (500%+ increase).
