Maybe we are a bit biased, but we think our staff is the greatest in Central Ohio.

Our team members have extensive knowledge about recruiting and hiring. They also possess years of experience training and educating both job candidates and employers. But more importantly, our employees are amazing listeners.

From our front desk Administrative Assistant to our Founder and CEO, Jennifer Kuntz, everyone who works at Greenleaf Job Training Services genuinely cares about you and your success (we consider it a job requirement). Working with us, you will be paired with a staff member who spends time getting to know you, finding creative ways to help you achieve your goals, and making sure you feel at ease with the entire process.

Kristin Schaub

Kristin Schaub

Director of Operations

Kristin Schaub joined Greenleaf in October 1999. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree, summa cum laude, in Sociology from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Services from the Ohio State University. She is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a board member of the Job Placement Division of the Ohio Rehabilitation Association. Kristin has worked extensively in the Vocational Rehabilitation field, with experience and expertise in Vocational Evaluation, Community Based Assessment, Job Seeking Skills Training, Job Development, and Job Coaching. Kristin currently oversees the Operations Department, including administrative staff, compliance, and general business operations. Kristin initially became interested in Vocational Rehabilitation as a way to “help people.” However, she has found the most rewarding aspect to be seeing people gain confidence and achieve things they never thought possible, all while encouraging and mentoring others along the way. This is truly an agency and a profession where staff and consumers alike can “pay it forward.”

Intake Specialist

Jen joined Greenleaf in 2013 as a Job Developer. She is currently our Intake Specialist, in addition to providing initial Job Development activities. Prior to working at Greenleaf, Jen spent over four years working with developmentally disabled individuals and an additional six years pursuing her education at OSU. She chose to study art history alongside sociology and psychology due to her interest in the therapeutic and cathartic aspects of art expression. After witnessing her father’s stroke and journey through recovery, Jen found herself inspired and re-energized to reach out and help others help themselves. In 2012 she graduated with honors earning a BA in Art History as well as a minor in Studio Art. Jen believes in the power of positivity! A simple quote by Thich Nhat Hanh sums up her approach to life, “Because you are alive, everything is possible.”

Department Assistant

Joy Jones joined Greenleaf Job Training Services in October of 2016 as the new Department Assistant in the VR Programs Department. For the last 8 years she has been a stay-at-home mom to her 3 kids who keep her very busy. She worked with children in the evenings coaching gymnastics. Prior to staying home she worked at a handful of real estate title agencies. Over the course of 9 years she became very proficient in the title business performing everything from start to finish that was needed to close a transaction. Joy is excited to be back at work again after being away for so long!
