As it did with everyone, COVID had a major impact on everything we did in 2020 and it will continue to affect us for the foreseeable future. Despite the challenges and uncertainty, we assisted over 75 people find employment and provided many others with opportunities and training that moved them along the path to employment. This part time position provides employment supports that will assist individuals to overcome barriers to successful community employment. This is a great position for individuals who enjoy a flexible work schedule, love a variety of work sites and look forward to developing relationships with individuals and our local businesses. Greenleaf JTS presents a team-oriented, collaborative environment where the team members are mission driven and enjoy helping others.
This position requires approximately 25 hours per week and a caseload of 5-6 participants. Flexibility is a must as days and hours are based on each participant's work schedules.

Long-time Staff Member Mary Trickett RetiresSeptember 18, 2020 We are saying a fond farewell to long-time staff member Mary Trickett this week. Mary is retiring after almost 10 years with Greenleaf. Throughout her career here, Mary has provided a wide range of services to our participants - Job Coaching, Job Seeking Skills and Computer training, Project SEARCH, Summer Youth services, and Vocational Evaluations. She finished her career with us working as a Job Coach at our Doctor's Hospital Project SEARCH program. We will miss Mary tremendously but hope she enjoys the extra time on her sailboat! Thank you Mary!! |

A survey team from CARF International* will be visiting on October 8-9, 2020.
We invited the surveyors to evaluate how well we meet international standards for quality. The survey will tell us what we are doing well and ways we might improve. As a result of this survey, we may earn or continue accreditation.
As part of the survey, the surveyors will interview people who receive services, their families, our staff, and others. Some questions the survey team members might ask people are:

Greenleaf Founder Announces Retirement and Promotions of Veteran EmployeesAugust 26, 2020 Greenleaf Job Training Services is announcing the retirement of company founder and CEO Jennifer
Kuntz, effective Sept. 1, 2020. Jennifer, who founded Greenleaf Job Training Services in March 1995, will
become chairman of the company.
With Jennifer’s retirement, Kristin Schaub, currently Director of Operations, will become CEO, and Kate
Lingnofski, the current Director of Programs, will become COO. Other members of the leadership team
include Christe Hendershot, HR Manager, and Dan Woodburn, Training Manager.
