How It Works

How It Works

Management Consulting & Inclusion Training

Our management consulting and inclusion trainings are not one-and-done events, since that type of training rarely has a lasting impact. Our customized approach is hands-on, in-person consultative coaching which is the only way to successfully change mindsets and improve behavior.

Step One: We establish a baseline by observation and conducting an assessment to determine what’s currently happening within your organization and see what symptoms, if any, are restricting your organization from operating at peak performance – something akin to taking your car in for a diagnostic.

Step Two: We develop and implement a customized, interactive plan to work with supervisors, management and employees to remove barriers preventing peak performance. Barriers can look like a breakdown in communication, cliques among staff, generational attitudes, unconscious bias, cultural misunderstanding, burn-out, etc.

Vocational Rehab

Job applicants are referred to Greenleaf Job Training Services by sponsors (most often the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities Agency). If you do not have a sponsor, please get in touch with us today to learn more.

Once you have been referred to us, your vocational rehabilitation begins with a conversation. A conversation about you--what your current situation is, what your concerns are, and what you hope to achieve.

From there, we craft a work-training program just for you. Your program will be based on your individual strengths, experiences, and interests. It may include skills testing, specific training, or meetings with people who have been successful in your desired field. Whatever your needs, our staff is here to support you.

In addition to training, we aid you in finding and applying for the job you want, coach you through the interview process, and are there for you as you get accustomed to your new position. Because our goal isn't merely to find you a job; it's to help you achieve success.

Vocational Rehab

Our mission is to provide employment support services to persons with differing abilities, so that each person may enhance those abilities to achieve greater productivity, self-sufficiency and independence. Greenleaf services include summer youth employment programs, job placement and coaching, as well as training and preparation for job seekers.

What To Expect

We help you overcome personal challenges as well as other people’s prejudices to achieve a better life for yourself. We do this by providing the education, training, and support you need to get and keep the job you want.
