Our FAQs

What can I expect as a result of my services?

Our goal is to work with you and your counselor at OOD or other support people to get you employed! We strive to do so through assessments, adjustments, and consultation with you and prospective employers. It is your right to express your opinion about the services you receive and the service team working with you, so please let us know how we can help make you as successful as possible.

What do I do next, once I’ve decided Greenleaf is a good fit for me?

If you are receiving assistance through OOD, inform your counselor of your choice. Once we receive your information from your counselor, we will schedule an intake. Typically, we are able to schedule intakes within a week of receiving your information and making contact with you. After the intake is complete, we get a staff member working with you as soon as possible!

Are you a staffing/temp agency?

Greenleaf is not a staffing/temp agency. Greenleaf is a job training services company that works with people with mental and/or physical barriers to help them find employment. While we do have contacts in the community, we do not necessarily have positions ready and waiting. We believe that the key to a long term good job fit is getting to know each of the people we work with and taking all of their unique characteristics, skills, and requirements under consideration.
